Terms Of Services

These terms apply to every order placed on vellyscent.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Orders

After you place an order, we may confirm it by phone call, SMS or WhatsApp. We can cancel an order we cannot confirm, or one placed with incomplete or incorrect details. If we cancel a prepaid order, we refund the full amount.

2. Prices and availability

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices, offers and stock can change without notice. If a pricing or stock error affects your order, we will contact you before dispatching it.

3. Payment and Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please pay the rider the full amount when your parcel arrives. If COD parcels are repeatedly refused or unanswered, we may ask for advance payment on future orders.

4. Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered within 3–5 working days. Courier delays, public holidays and weather can extend these times. Please check your parcel on delivery and report any damage or leakage within 24 hours.

5. Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges follow our Refund & Exchange Policy: 14 days from delivery, with at least 90% of the product remaining.

6. About our fragrances

How a fragrance smells and how long it lasts depends on skin type, weather and how it's applied. Longevity figures are typical results, not guarantees. Products described as "inspired by" another fragrance are our own creations. Vellyscent is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to those brands, and their names are used only to describe a scent style.

7. Safe use

Our perfumes are for external use only. Do a patch test if you have sensitive skin, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Keep perfumes away from eyes, open flames and children. Store them away from heat and direct sunlight.

8. Reviews and content

Reviews, photos and comments you submit may be shown on our website and social media. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading or unrelated to our products.

9. Intellectual property

All text, images, product names and designs on this website belong to Vellyscent. They may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after the update.
